La vache qui rit

 

La vache qui rit, French for ‘The Laughing Cow’, is a brand of processed cheese products made by Fromageries Bel, a multinational cheese marketer based in France. In particular, it refers to the company’s most popular creation; a spreadable cheese wedge wrapped in silver foil and packed in round boxes.

It is made from a combination of mild Cheddar and Swiss cheeses, La vache qui rit is designed to be eaten as a snack on the go. The mild, smooth and fresh taste goes ideally with crackers, bagel or apple slices. Spread it on a toast or just pop it for that melt-in-the-mouth feeling.

Tuborg Beer

 

Tuborg is a Danish brewing company founded in 1873 by Carl Frederik Tietgen. Since 1970 it has been part of the Carlsberg Group. It is a bottom-fermented lager beer. It's brewed on lager malt, a slightly roasted, bright type of malt which results in the well-known mild, fresh taste and aroma of flowers and grain. The beer is medium rich and lively with a moderate bitterness in the aftertaste. It's excellent with light meals such as salads and spicy Asian dishes.

Stella Artois

 

Stella Artois is a Belgian pilsner which was first brewed by Brouwerij Artois. It is the result of hundreds of years of brewing expertise so it’s worth just a few extra steps to ensure the best possible tasting experience for connoisseurs such as you.

 

1. Purification & Sacrifice
A cold-water bath to chill the chalice and sustain the head of the pour. The first drops are sacrificed, a small price to ensure the freshest taste.

 

3. The Liquid Alchemy 
The chalice is held at a 45-degrees for the perfect combination of foam and liquid.

 

4. The Crown & Removal 
Gracefully straightening the chalice, a perfect head is formed, sealing in the freshness. A smooth and fluid exit, while closing the nozzle.

 

6. The Skimming & Judgement 
A skimmer trims the head at a 45º angle, removing the large, loose bubbles. Three centimeters of foam, no more and no less.

 

8. The Cleansing & Bestowal

Weihenstephan Beer

 

The golden-yellow wheat beer, with its fine-poured white foam, smells of cloves and impresses consumers with its refreshing banana flavour. It is full bodied and with a smooth yeast taste.

Hoegaarden Beer

 

Hoegaarden beer was first brewed in 1445, it is a witbier spiced with coriander and orange peel and had an alcoholic content of 4.9%.

The brewing is not easy as it looks, a unique brewing process and carefull mixing of the finest natural ingredients is the only way to obtain the intriguing character and surprisingly refreshing taste. The beer is fermented twice but isn’t filtered. Hence its cloudy appearance and smooth texture.
